Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel our scheduled meeting. With adequate notice you can reschedule at your convenience, no deposit required. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 20% of booking donation. If you wish to reschedule, you will be asked to leave a separate deposit of 20% of that booking donation.
